Marva LewisMarva Lewis, President and Managing Director of the Event Professionals has successfully developed The Event Professionals by leveraging her wealth of experience and insight to clients on meeting and event management. Started in 2000 to help meet the growing meeting/event planning needs of small businesses and non-profit organizations, she has committed herself to their strategic planning and ROI facilitation.  She is the creator of “the Nuts & Bolts of Meetings & Events,” a seminar to train entry level planners and assist small non-profits in training staff. She is also a cum laude graduate of Howard University and has studied advanced course work on meeting and event management. Marva lives in Georgia with her son Dylan and enjoys traveling, and empowering others.
